Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at cs.erinellebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at cs.erinellebeauty@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
